PAYMENT

Blonde Onyx accepts credit card, Paypal and bank deposit payments. 

We use the Stripe payment gateway for online credit card transactions. Stripe provides a safe, secure & easy-to-use payment service for customers.

Paypal allows you to securely pay via credit card or regular bank account (you don't even need a Paypal account).

If you prefer to pay direct via credit card/cheque/bank transfer, your payment can be processed over the phone 0419411004 or email blondeonyx@outlook.com Cash & eftpos facilities available in our physical store. 

 

SHIPPING AUSTRALIA

Shipping is free for orders over $80* Australia wide. For orders under $80 there is a $10 flat rate charge.

Orders are shipped the same or following business day, via Australia Post. Parcel tracking details will be emailed to you on despatch. Delivery is usually 1-5 business days from despatch, depending on location.

Express Post is available. Please contact us via email/phone to arrange.

*Certain bulky/fragile items such as art, furniture, mirrors etc, are excluded from this offer. Please email blondeonyx@outlook.com for a shipping quote for these.

 

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

For international orders please email blondeonyx@outlook.com to arrange an international shipping quote.

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can issue a store credit if the item is returned to us within 14 days. The item must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging, tag/label attached & receipt enclosed. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are your responsibility. We highly recommend using a trackable service, as we will not be held responsible for items lost in the post on return to us.

You may return a product that you have purchased if the product is faulty, or different to how it was described or shown. If an item arrives faulty, you must inform us immediately. Once you have done so, we will advise as to how to return the product. Once the item is received & assessed, you will be offered a refund/store credit/replacement item.

All returns must be approved by Blonde Onyx. Please contact us before shipping your return.

 

PRIVACY/SECURITY   

Blonde Onyx assures all their customers that their right to privacy will be protected. Any personal details will not be disclosed, sold or rented to any individual or entity. All information in which Blonde Onyx holds, is used for the sole purpose to process orders correctly. Blonde Onyx does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website. Your credit card/account details are processed securely through PayPal or Stripe.
